We don't fill roles by matching resumes. We fill them by understanding the context.
Most hiring starts with a job description and hopes for a match. We start with the work behind the role, go to the right people directly, check each one against evidence, and stay responsible until the hire has clearly worked out.
Context. Speed. Rigor.
Three promises hold the service together. Behind them sit two things most recruiters don't have: our own platform, Kairos, and a pool of engineers we prepare months before you ask.
We learn what the role actually needs
The job description is a clue, not the specification. We rebuild the real requirement from the situation behind the role: the deal, the workflow, and the constraint the hire has to remove. We confirm it with you the same day.
We answer in hours, not weeks
Work starts the moment your requirement lands, and you hear back the same day. The best people have options and short windows. The first few hours often decide whether they are still available.
We validate before you spend senior time
Every candidate is checked on five things, each with evidence you can read, before your panel meets them. This is not resume screening. It is real validation, and it names the gaps in plain words.
The Ikigai Scale
A strong Forward Deployed Engineer sits where four things meet: what they are great at, what the customer needs, what the market pays for, and what drives them. We score every candidate on all four. Where the four overlap, you get an engineer who can walk into a client's world and own the result.
Most strong engineers are thin on one circle. A brilliant builder who has never sat in front of a customer is short on context. A capable consultant who stopped writing code is short on craft. We name the gap in plain terms, then close it with a learning path built for that person. Nobody reaches a client half-ready.
We prepare engineers months before you ask
This is one of the things that sets Acclero apart. We identify potential Forward Deployed Engineers early and put them on a three to six month learning path while they are still in their current jobs. They work with us in the background, on the Ikigai scale, long before any client requirement exists.
At any time we have hundreds of engineers on that path. So when your requirement arrives, we are not starting a market search. We are choosing from people we have already found, trained and checked. That is how a validated shortlist comes back in days instead of weeks.
Three phases, each with a clear deliverable
You always know where a search stands, because every phase ends in something you can hold.
Kairos does the heavy lifting
Kairos is how the service runs, not something we sell. It works on our side, so you never install or learn anything. It does two jobs: it fills roles for clients, and it prepares talent. Both start from context.
A context-aware fulfillment system
Kairos rebuilds the requirement, maps the real talent pool, scores people against the context rather than keywords, and manages the hire through to joining. Every step produces something a person can read and sign off, with a named human accountable for each decision.

A context-aware learning path
The same context engine drives how we prepare engineers. Kairos maps each candidate on the Ikigai scale, finds the thin circle, and builds a learning path for that gap. It tracks progress, so we know who is ready for which kind of client before the requirement lands.

Seven layers of intelligence, each producing something you can read
Context intelligence
Captures the client, deal, workflow, team and the constraint the hire has to remove, as a short context brief.
Requirement reconstruction
Rebuilds the real profile. The job description becomes a clue, not the specification.
Talent intelligence
Maps the real population across every feeder role and geography, including people who aren't looking.
Match intelligence
Scores people against the context rather than keywords, and explains every match in business terms.
Candidate readiness
Prepares the candidate on the role, the client's reality and the ownership expected, before day one.
Fulfillment intelligence
Manages interviews, closure, joining and commitment risk as one continuous motion.
Learning intelligence
Feeds every rejection, panel note and outcome back into the earlier layers, so your next search starts smarter.
Outcome-based fees, with our own skin in the game
You pay as the placement proves out. A recruitment partner who refuses to be judged on results is quietly telling you they don't believe in their method.
Engagement initiation
Role discovery, market mapping, compensation benchmarking and search, at our cost to begin.
Candidate selection
Payable only on successful selection and offer acceptance.
90 days completed
Payable when the candidate has joined and completed 90 productive days.
Permanent placement fee as a percentage of first-year compensation, Acclero against the typical market range.
